Unrivalled performance on the cure/bake cycle
The Junair 4 Series spray booth comes standard with QADs™.
During the bake cycle, conventional spraybooths are inefficient in raising the lower panels of a vehicle to the required curing temperature. This is because warm air rises to the top of the cabin whilst cooler air descends to floor level.
Also, the air passing over the lower body panels has already been cooled by the substrate above. Differences of 20-30°F (10-15°C) are not uncommon in conventional booths, leading to extended baking times, taking up more valuable booth time and using more energy.
When in the bake cycle the Junair 4 Series booth automatically engages QADs™. Heated air from QADs™ envelops the whole vehicle including the lower body panels, ensuring that the recommended paint baking temperature is achieved quickly. With QADs™ activated during the bake cycle the lower body panel will achieve temperatures of 140°C (60°C) within 10 minutes, specified by many of today's paint manufacturers.
It is no coincidence that QADs™ are exported extensively worldwide for retrofitting into many different spraybooth brands.

Spray-Tech Spraybooths, Paintbooths and Ovens
The Spray-Tech Premier downdraft spraybooth is manufactured to high quality standards with high quality components to provide trouble free performance over many years in the harsh body shop environment.
The Premier booth features a proven digital control panel with an easy to use HMI (human machine interface).
The Premier spraybooth comes standard with QADs™ fully integrated into the control system to reduce booth cycle time by cutting flash-off times of waterborne basecoats and reducing clearcoat bake times.
In addition to the energy saving features of QADs™, the Premier booth also features a Preparation mode to further reduce energy consumption.
Full ceiling intake air filters provide uniform air flow throughout the booth cabin and a large centrally located exhaust system accelerates overspray away from the vehicle (and painter), for optimum spraying conditions.
Direct fired burner produces instant heat while being energy efficient.
Strategically positioned light fixtures are engineered into the booth cabin to provide color corrected, energy efficient illumination.
